Hi, I'm Lauren Klecko.
MS, OTR/L
I specialize in working with children across a wide range of medical and developmental conditions, including neurological disorders, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder (SPD), cerebral palsy (CP), social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, vision disorders, and feeding difficulties.
My goal is to create a safe space for children and families, ensuring each therapy journey feels supportive, empowering, and full of possibility.
OUR MISSION
At Tiny Tides, we believe every ripple of progress creates waves of lifelong growth. Founded with the vision of making therapy more approachable, warm, and holistic, we provide occupational therapy that goes beyond the conventional. Our goal is to empower children and their families with tools, skills, and support that nurture development both in the clinic and at home.

ENCOURAGING CREATIVITY
We believe that creativity is at the heart of growth. By designing therapy sessions that are playful, engaging, and imaginative, we help children discover new ways to express themselves and problem-solve. Creativity unlocks confidence, turning everyday challenges into opportunities for exploration. Whether through movement, sensory play, or hands-on activities, our approach ensures that therapy feels less like work—and more like a joyful adventure.
UNDERSTANDING INNER CHILD CONNECTION
Every child has an inner world filled with curiosity, emotion, and possibility. Our role is to honor and connect with that inner child—meeting them where they are, with compassion and patience. By fostering this connection, we not only support skill development but also nurture self-esteem and emotional resilience. This philosophy extends to families too, encouraging caregivers to embrace the joy and honesty of childhood as they walk alongside their child’s therapy journey.
