MY integrative, child-centered Approach
Lauren’s occupational therapy approach is integrative and child-centered, combining evidence-based techniques with creativity and care. She draws from a wide range of specialized methods — from sensory and reflex integration, postural and breathing control, and vagus nerve stimulation, to programs that support emotional regulation, interoception, and executive function.
Lauren also incorporates DIR/Floortime, Astronaut Training, feeding therapy, visual and handwriting interventions, and even hippotherapy foundations.
By tailoring strategies such as sensory diets and social learning programs, she helps children strengthen skills, regulate emotions, and build confidence in a way that feels supportive, engaging, and empowering.

Empowering parents & Children
Lauren believes in equipping parents with the knowledge and tools to better understand their child’s unique strengths and challenges. By fostering compassion and offering creative strategies, she helps families navigate difficult moments with greater ease. Her approach uncovers the abilities children have within them all along — empowering both kids and parents to grow with confidence and connection.
